Hotel is badly understaffed, pool was closed and breakfast was pathetic. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

My only complaint is that there is no shelving in the shower. There is no place to put soap, shampoo or razor except on the floor.

The staff was very friendly and the place seemed clean. The pool was nice warm. For those reasons, we would stay again. Some minor areas of disrepair were interesting to observe. AC unit in the pool area was leaking, with a full bucket of water underneath. The faucets (sink and shower) and toilet flush was exceedingly loud. Do Not use at night if you need your kiddos to stay asleep. Might be wonderful water pressure, but was oddly loud. Could not get a laptop to connect to their Wi-Fi, but that is probably on account of me not being a tech expert. Once we repaired the pancake machine, it was like magical breakfast heaven.

Bathroom had hair all over, toilet had poop streaks in it, microwave was full of food, beds suck. Staff hardly spoke English, not friendly, and the FREE WIFI advertised was not a thing. It was not working. And there was no pool towels.

Got a jetted tub suite it was ok for the most part could just use a little updating….needed to do laundry and that was out of order that night and so was the WiFi…no big deal so we made the best of it😊8/10 would def stay again if I was in the area…

Albany Baymont
What a wonderful motel to find! It was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was freshly updated, the breakfast was fresh. I am so glad we stayed here and will do it again when visiting family.

Good Stay - Great Staff!
Was in middle of renovations. We were told pool was closed by family already there. When we arrived for check-in pool was open! Made kids happy. Mini fridge in room did not work, front desk staff was Very helpful in getting a replacement. Overall good stay

Just OK for the price.
Comfortable room. A bit run down with loose tile and wallpaper plus an insect in bathroom. Breakfast was ok with modest choices.

Great one night get away
Was a little concerned as there was roofing construction going on when I arrived, but my room wasn't near, and I was not bothered by the noise at all. Nice room, comfortable bed (pillows could be larger) and the jacuzzi was wonderful.

The pool area had worms around it and in the hot tub. The timer on the hot tub was broken. When we asked for extra pillows and blankets we were told we couldnt have any. Only 3 towels and one washcloth was given in the room for 5 people and we asked for more and given just 2 towels but no more washcloths. Beds were comfortable though.

The temperature of the pool was wonderful! I really enjoyed the hot tub also. I worked in the hotel industry for a few years, we let guests stay later than check out time if requested with no additional charge. I asked the front desk person if I could check out one hour past their check out time, I was told I would be charged extra. I was not expecting that response.

Not so great….
Service was mediocre at best. Seemed friendly at checkin but very short afterwards. The room was as pictured minus the scuff marks on the walls. Curtains not hanging right. Ac units being questionable operating order. The room was not cleaned other then fresh linens. Hair in the bathroom, microwave and fridge not wiped out. Floor with food on it and some random kids toy by the bed. Seemed disconnected and uncomfortable to stay more then 2 nights at best.
