« The apartment was clean. The communication to and from the Franchesca was great. The property was easy to find and parking is very close to the entrance. Do be warned, you have to climb 2 flights of stairs, there is no elevator. And of course, we packed way to much. There is also no air-conditioning. There are 2 floor fans and if you open up all of the doors and windows, you can get a good breeze. We were here the first week of September and it is still very hot and very humid. »

« Really enjoyed our stay. Host met us at the apartment to walk us through the apartment and show us which keys went to what doors in the building. Furnishings were impeccable and having balcony access was very nice for the evenings. 15 min walk or less to most food/shopping in downtown Alba and right around the corner from a fantastic specialty coffee shop (Especially Coffee Roaster)! Exceeded all expectations. »
