hôtel non accueillant. Service client déplorable,
Lors de notre arrivée à l’hôtel vers 4h00 du matin, la personne à la réception ne nous a pas adressé une parole, il a répondu très vaguement par "oui" ou "non" et souvent "je ne sais pas" à nos questions. Il nous a donné le numéro et les cartes de nos chambres et nous a vaguement indiqué le chemin pour que nous nous y rendions seuls. Nous avons dû trouver notre chambre dans un hotel que nous connaissions pas et qui est composé de 329 chambres. Notre famille est composée de 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Avant notre départ, nous avions signalés à l'hotel que nous souhaitions une chambre communiquante. Malgré notre demande, l'hotel nous a fourni 2 chambres l'une à l'opposée de l'autre ce qui était impensable vue l'age de nos enfants (7,11 et 15 ans). Nous avons dû attendre 2 jours pour obtenir une chambre non communiquante mais l'une à coté de l'autre. Hygiène du restaurant, du snack et des bars est à signaler aux services de l’hygiène. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur des tables, des chaises et des sols sales. A chaque repas, nous devions nettoyer nos tables nous mêmes car les serveurs (en petit nombre) ne voulait pas le faire. Les sols étaient souillés par la nourriture. Nos chaussures collaient au sols lors de nos déplacements dans le restaurant. Nous avons dû acheter des bouteilles d'eau durant tout notre séjour (14 jours) car l'hotel n'en donnait pas. La liste est encore longue et il ne reste plus assez de caractère. Merci de prendre en considération tous ces éléments

Alt var dårlig ved dette hotellet.Maten står til kun 2 stjerner av 5.Fantes ikke smør til frokost.Dårlig service fra personalet.Snakket nesten ikke engelsk,kun russisk og tyrkisk.Masse musikkstøy fra morgen til kveld.Roomservicen var elendig.Badet var slitt og avtrekksvifte bråket hele tiden.Dette hotellet og personalet bør oppgraderes til dagens standard.Dette er kun et russerhotell.Styr unna.

We as The Senza Family find the fact that you didn’t enjoy your holiday as a saddening news. As a result of our investigation our technical staff found the malfunctioning air fan at bathroom and fixed it. Sadly during your stay we found no information of malfunction report as such we couldn’t fixed it during your stay. Our Hotel have entertainments for our guest at certain hours every day. This hours has been carefully chosen for minimizing the discomfort for our guests and volume levels were arranged according to international standards. Other events and animations at nearby area that’s been arranged by other hotels is sadly out of our control but after a deliberation we started to contact the hotels at our immediate area for a permanent solution. We are sorry to hear about you communication issue with our staff. As we serve guests from all over the world our reception personnel will speak minimum of 2 foreign languages which are at the moment is English and Russian. At common areas such as pool, restaurant etc. we have minimum of 2 staff that speak at least 2 foreign languages and multiple staff that can speak at least 1 foreign language. We informed our staff about how to direct our guest to personnel with have a correct language set. Our hotel have 800 hundred guests capacity as we think our guests as a family, we try to prepare food and beverages for all of our guest’s palate as much as possible sadly this is not always a possibility. Our food has been prepared according to regulations at 1. Class hygienic and sanitary areas. Our product chosen from best and freshest local produce and prepared by our chiefs and kitchen staff by utmost attention and love we feel for our guests. Senza family always been focused on giving best service at best price range for our guests as a main principle. We hope to see you again among us.

Won’t go to this Hotel again
Checked in at 2:30 a.m. on 5.8.2018. The night service desk person didn’t speak any English or German, so it was hard to communicate with him. He wanted paper coupons for the hotel, which I didn’t have. I showed him the confirmation email to which he didn’t agree. He charged immediately 14 Euro for WiFi and wanted to charge for renting a beach towel. On the whole it wasn’t a friendly check in. I thought I booked a 4 star hotel but the receptionist service wasn’t of 1 star hotel

Måske det var 4* i 70'erne, men der er intet 4* over det i dag. Der er mug og lugter samt ingen aircon (andet end på værelset). Fitness er stort set ikke eksisterende og rengøring heller ikke. Dårlig mad og kun wifi i lobbyen. Kan bestemt ikke anbefales og vi rejste efter en dag, selvom vi havde booket til 5 overnatninger.

Good location, much too crowded and poor standards
From the moment we arrived there was disappointment, reception were not expecting us and I had to provide proof of us having paid. The room was ok but housekeeping throughout the week was very poor, I even had to track down the housekeeping trolley twice in order to get loo roll. The room was not cleaned regularly and 'clean' towels were like rags with strange stains. The worst experience was in the dining room; it was like a rugby scrum, terribly crowded and their standards of cleanliness were very poor. Floor dirty with spills and food from the day before, dirty plates, no cutlery, filthy tables, if you were lucky enough to get one. I could go on but I think that's enough, there were so many issues that I felt it would have been pointless to complain to the management on site. This was undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, previous experience of hotels in Alanya have been very good.
