Thanks for staying with Hampton Alamosa and for your feedback. In response, our pool is kept at 84 degrees which is standard for the industry. Receipt was sent to your Gmail and was re-sent this morning. Charged for full stay since you checked out at 3pm after service hours. Pet fee was included. Also appears that you did receive the room type reserved through Expedia. I do apologize for any stains found on the desk chair. If you have any further questions, please contact the property and I would be happy to assist.

Hi Janet. We did take the time to check our cameras about this issue and we did not see anyone steal gas tanks from your vehicle while you were staying on our property. Our hotel is not responsible for any stolen items and will not remembers any theft even if it is on the property. I would advise notifying authorities in any case related to the theft you described. Room service is provided only upon request and not provided daily unless it is a consecutive stay for over four days. We hope this doesn't detour your decision to stay with us for future reservations and you choose to stay with us again.
