« This location is a bird watching, listening, paradise. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation and trees. The owner Cede is very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. « We had a nice stay at this house, convenient to La Fortuna. We had 4 people across the 3 bedrooms and everything went well. The home was well prepared, the hosts were helpful, and everything went well.We spent most of our time in the area away from the home, so it was mostly a place to sleep and have coffee and a smoothie in the mornings, and it served its purpose well. »

« It was amazing. So first of all there is a remote gate to get to the house which makes you feel like you are visiting royalty. The white outside is like a bungalow in the middle of wilderness. It is super modern and renovated. The outdoor space is also so beautiful with its large front porch and smaller back yard porches. There is lush plants and coconut and banana trees in the back and all sorts of greenery. The bathrooms are super modern. There are plenty of towels, bags and condiments etc....

« Modern facilities with really nice stone counters, security gates, privacy and hot tub. Each room had its own view. One sofa was broken, ants appeared after the first day and washer was broken. We were next to a cow field which was actually nice. The area was off the main road and quiet, in between the La Fortuna downtown and the volcano. »

« This 2 story rental villa has a great view of Volcan Arenal from the second story. It overlooks a farm with elephant grass used for grazing animals. The location is about 2 km south of the center of La Fortuna, so a car is necessary. It is close to several of the tour outfitters that do canyoneering and rafting. « Beautiful views of the lake and surrounding area. The property was well maintained and very safe. It had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels for showers and poolside.
