« The hotel was clean overall except when my daughter ran the shower, a couple bugs crawled out of the drain. The shower is also not very powerful and the fiberglass tub sounds like it is cracking. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel but smelled like cigarettes in the hallway. When I went to the front desk the clerk had her back turned towards me in the back room and when I said, "Excuse me," she said, "yes," twice without turning around. I didn't want to speak out loud that we needed a plunger...

« I know the humidity in the south is high, but our room, clothes, towels were wet all the time. We stayed 3 nights and they did not change out our towels. We had to go to front desk to get these. »

« Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was huge, and enough space for our group of four adults and 2 young children with lots of energy. The only cons were the pool was out of service and this being the kid’s first hotel experience, the pool was a major reason that we stayed here…it was very hard to explain to two young, excited children that the pool they had sat patiently in a car for 6 hours for was closed. ( we found out after they got swimsuited up and rode the elevator...
