« Nice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need. « We had a comfortable overnight stay! The bed was comfy and it was close to the downtown restaurants and music venues. »

« The property did not meet expectations. There was a strong musty odor throughout the home, and the bathroom was in poor condition with visible mold and peeling paint. We also found multiple dead insects in the light fixtures, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness. Unfortunately, as we were traveling from out of the country, we were unable to find alternative accommodations and had to complete our stay. The condition of the rental was disappointing. »

« Really lovely view from the cute little balcony. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier and there are also several pools to choose from. Anthony was the most attentive and helpful host and prepared us well in advance with directions and all the best places to eat etc. I would rent from him again in a heartbeat!
