  • Seven Seas est un petit condominium très charmant situé le long de la douce plage de sable blanc du sud d’Akumal, à seulement 3 km au sud d’Akumal. Cette communauté fermée et calme est située le long d'une belle étendue de plage avec un accès facile à la plongée avec tuba. Elle abrite uniquement des villas privées et des condominiums Seven Seas.



    Seven Seas # 1 est situé au rez-de-chaussée, à quelques pas de la grande piscine et de la plage de sable blanc. Il y a un très grand patio couvert très privé qui offre un grand espace pour se divertir ou se détendre. Le patio près de la piscine est meublé avec une table et des chaises rembourrées. Il constitue un endroit idéal pour se détendre et admirer la mer des Caraïbes.



    La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit king size, chambres climatisées uniquement.



    La chambre d'amis est meublée avec deux lits simples. Les deux chambres sont climatisées et disposent d'une salle de bains privative.


    Un lit pneumatique gonflable queen-size est disponible pour US $ 25 / nuit pour accueillir un 5ème invité.



    Seven Seas # 1 est légèrement plus petit que les autres unités de Seven Seas. De plus, il se trouve à l'extrême nord du complexe. Pour ces raisons, son prix est inférieur à celui des autres unités du complexe. Cependant, nos clients ont apprécié l'intimité du patio et ont toujours le sentiment qu'ils bénéficient de tous les équipements et conforts d'un établissement haut de gamme pour un tarif moyen.


    Seven Seas 1 possède également SKY Mexico TV et Internet WIFI.

    "L'unité n ° 1 de Seven Seas avait été rénovée avec de nouveaux meubles et nous avons été très agréablement surpris. En ce qui concerne la taille, nous étions plus que confortables et les vestiaires dans chaque salle de bain étaient un avantage! La terrasse était immense et mon mari a adoré rester assis à lire et à nous regarder folir à la piscine ou à la plage.



    Merci de nous l'avoir préparé. Oh, Miguel (directeur) était très serviable et sympathique. Notre batterie de voiture de location est morte et il a appelé et a forcé les gars de Cancun à nous apporter une nouvelle batterie et à la mettre à 22 heures! Dites-lui que nous avons dit merci! ".

Wonderful place to stay, right on the beach. Number one unit is tucked in the back so you don’t get all the breeze or the direct sunlight and you can still see the beach just fine. McGill is the on-site manager. He did a wonderful job. Very friendly and if you get the chance for him to cook you a meal do it

Miguel, the on site manager, was extraordinarily helpful in many ways. The condo was clean and comfortable. Daily maid service and bottled water provided. Pool was very nice and well tended. Lovely beach chairs. Ceiling fans in all rooms and ac in bedrooms. Quite relaxing.

Peaceful stay at the beach

We spent so much time down the street that we didn’t get to fully enjoy the amenities here as we mostly only slept. I would not hesitate to book again in the future. It was exceptionally clean. Deisi does the cleaning and is very sweet. Miguel is so kind and helpful. The patio for this condo is huge and shaded with a view of the pool. There are chairs on the beach to use. Take swim shoes as the beach is rocky but the view is spectacular!

Lovely Retreat

This was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Akumal. We have 3 young kids so having a place of our own was perfect. The property was well maintained. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed including a high chair and bassinet for the baby. The A/C worked very well! We loved that the private patio has a ton of room and we were still able to watch the kids in the pool if we were sitting in there. Daisy did a fantastic job cleaning and replacing towels daily. Miguel was very helpful with guiding us on where to eat and made sure we had his direct phone number in case we needed anything. The gardener (whos name escapes me) kept the grounds immaculate and the pool clean. He even brought us fresh coconuts! The location was perfect as well. So close to Akumal pueblo and beach and a quick drive to Chemuyil, 20 minutes to Tulum. We will absolutely consider coming back to this great place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wanted to stay at this property in past trips to Akumal but it never worked out - it certainly did not disappoint! Beach front serviced condo! It worked great for a family of 2 adults, 1 teen (14) and one kid (6). Watch outs are that the couch is small if you are the type of family who likes to sit down to watch movies at night (we are not) and that there is no AC in the living room. Due to the position of the unit it does not get as much breeze as the others and the living room got quite warm for my taste (but I run warm, lol). Will definitely consider coming back to this property or renting from Akumal Direct again!

The apartment is spacious and equipped with all amenities you might need. We spend a lot of time just enjoying the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Our two little girls loved the beautiful swimming pool and nice beach area. Everyday we woke up early to see the sunrise and watch the pelicans above the sea. A magical start of our holiday. The gardens surrounding the property are very well kept and are just beautiful. Above all the property Manager Miguel is extremely friendly and helpful. He really goes beyond to make you feel at home and give you tips to enjoy all Akumal has to offer.. To be honest we could not have thought of a better stay to start our holidays. Everything was just perfect, a hidden gem!

The condo is very secure and located on a gated street. The peace of mind is what I appreciate the most. It has a very clean pool, and its grounds are beautiful. We used the kayaks and the beach chairs. The apartment has everything you need and is stocked with bath towels, pool towels, bed linen, bottled water and all kitchen utensils. The microwave oven broke down and was replaced immediately. The cleaning service is excellent, as is the gardening and pool cleaning. The manager is a very responsible, friendly, and supportive person in everything. He kindly waited for our late arrival because the flight was delayed by bad weather, and he was up until midnight. I would like to congratulate the employees, Mrs. Daisy from the housekeeping, Mr. Fredy from Gardening and especially Mr. Miguel Escalante, the excellent manager of the condominium. This is the second time I come here.

Es muy tranquilo, tiene todo lo necesario, el administrador, Sr. Miguel Escalante es excelente, atento y amable. Siguen las reglas de buena convivencia quienes ocupan los otros departamentos. Está muy limpio y la ubicación hacia los puntos de interés es perfecta. Solamente es problemática la conexión del internet si quieres usar tu laptop. Por supuesto que regresaremos.

Lovely place to share with my inlaws

The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us. We each had separate bedrooms, bathrooms and changing areas. The kitchen had everything we needed. The patio table and chairs were a huge plus to sit and watch sunrises. We enjoyed using the kayaks. Walked to Jungle Fish (about 15min) for lunch almost everyday. We had a car so we drove to akumal Pueblo for some local tacos each night. Walked to north akumal bay (about 30 min) where the turtles are. Water shoes are a plus for this location getting in and out of the water. The pool was lovely. One night the upstairs neighbors were being so loud until midnight. I messaged the manager and she immediately had Miguel go speak with them. Best service and quickest response I’ve ever had at a rental! Only thing we wished we had brought was some bug repellent. One mosquito tortured us at the patio table morning and evening! A steal of a place!!

Miguel and Gloria were the best hosts; so kind, helpful and sweet. Always ready to lend a helping hand or answer any questions. The rooms had everything we needed and were laid out nicely. The daily maid service was wonderful. We were there when the sargassum was bad, but it was all over the entire Riviera. It didn't stop us from pushing through it to enjoy the snorkeling with abundant fish and coral species. We loved taking the kayaks out and looking at all the turtle nesting sites. We rented a car and Akumal South was the perfect middle point for us to go exploring up and down the coast and into the interior. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Cozy and welcoming

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Miguel the property manager was amazing. He was attentive and made sure to suggest ideas to make sure our visit was memorable. Will definitely be staying here again.
