L'hébergement a un accès direct à la plage c'est très agréable. L'appartement est grand et bien aménagé. Le concierge est sympa et présent. Par contre nous avions des voisins à l'étage qui faisaient énormément de bruit malgré nos demandes de faire cesser ce bruit auprès de concierge pour faire cesser le bruit, rien n'a été fait. Ce qui est dommage et vous gâche vos soirées.

The house is big and beautiful! The beach is just in front of the property, and the place is very calm. The staff is very nice. Abel the hostess is great and very nice, he was really helpful with everything. You have everything you need in it. The Akumal town in very nearby, you have a restaurant for breakfast a few steps away.

Urlaub im Paradies mit Abstrichen. Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Strand. Leider sind mittlerweile einige Mängel am Haus vorhanden. Viele Fensterscheiben sind defekt. Die Türen schließen teilweise nicht richtig. Kacheln am Pool sind abgefallen. Schade um das Traumhaus, es hätte mehr Betreuung verdient. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Coral

Quiet street was great with an amazing Jungle Fish House a few doors down for lunch and dinner-Order the prawns! View is great beach good with low seaweed. Snorkeling out front good also 100 yards out. Attendants nancy and maria were very helpful and attentive. Super happy with maria on first morning enlisting her husband to make calls for us to our previous resort to secure our lost watch from checkout. That resort was unresponsive to us. Verizon cell service not clear here. Only challenge was the air conditioners not changing via remote. Set very cold. Kitchen full but no condiments. Water jug offered was nice. Wind caused pool to be cleaned, so dirty first day then staff arrived. Cant wait to cone again next year ! SW - Orange county, CA.

Casa coral was a nice place to stay in Akumal. The property was great and the cleaning service was excellent. I would stay at this property again. My only constructive feedback would be about improving the communication access for the property. I was not able to contact the property prior to our arrival and there is no onsite concierge, which led to a bit of a stressful first travel day. Fortunately, I did receive emailed entry instructions the day we arrived at the property. Otherwise we had an excellent stay.

The location of this place was great, the street was beautiful and felt safe. Unfortunately our unit had a few maintenance issues: main A/C didn't work, our pool filter didn't work, we had a couple of windows with huge cracks in them and the beach seaweed was never cleaned up. It would've been a 5-star stay if the home maintenance was better.

This was my second stay at casa coral. It’s hard to beat having a private rooftop pool in such a lovely, quiet area of Akumal. WiFi was excellent for those that had to work a bit. Check in instructions were clear, and the property manager was easy to reach and responsive when we had a special request.

Todo perfecto solo la Sra de limpieza muy grosera
Todo excelente, Daniel es muy atento y la casa enfrente de la playa esta ideal. Me encanto. El único inconveniente es que La ventana de arriba no la podíamos cerrar muy bien cuando salíamos y está pegada al penthouse de a lado. Y también deberían poner más papel de baño, algún extra que dejen no le hace mal. Se acabo y tuvimos que ir a comprar a la tienda por que ya no estaba nadie a esa hora La señora de limpieza súper grosera.

The property is in really bad shape. The owner is not taking care properly. You have to bring toilet paper. Airconditioning does not work. They want to charge you more money for paying with your credit card, while the reservation said that paying in cash was not allowed. They promise to clean the garbage on the beach daily, But reality, they do not. The place is quite nice, but the property goes more towards a two stars place.

This is a great condo, great view, nice rooftop pool. The downstairs master ac was artic cold. The living room ac was humid sometimes. The kitchen was lacking, bowls, spatula, blender and oven mitts. Other than that everything else was provided. Internet was hit or miss but workable. Host was very nice and was helpful with quick responses. I will definitely stay again and already thinking about next trip. Great condo and location

La casa es muy bonita y agradable y cuenta con todo lo necesario, el chico que te recibe es muy atento y amable, lo que no me gustó fué que el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido entonces no lo puede encender en la noche.

Amazing Property
Casa Coral is amazing! Such a beautiful property and area. We can not wait to return and bring the kids. Turtles were nesting and babies were hatching right outside the door. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is great. The location is in area with an entry from main rod full of tropical jungle. There is a gap of 2 hours a day without security in the building. This is the only downside I have for the apartment. The seaweed is a problem as you can not enter the sea. It appears this problem is constant in the entire Rivera Maya but the big hotels have machines and personel cleaning the seaweed but as this is an apartment. They do not have anything to clear it away. I suggest you to make sure there is not seaweed before you go. The apartment is excellent.

Casa Coral was exactly what WE were looking for. While searching places to stay in the Tulum area we were open to anything when it came to staying in town, off coast, north/south of town, etc. We landed on this location because the pricing was right and just a short drive to town (we had a rental car and, like others have mentioned, would absolutely recommend having one if you stay here). The condo (room 102 - downstairs and directly on the beach) was clean and offered everything a house would to include 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, A/C, TV, 3 beds. We found it extremely easy to leave, come back, and leave again. The condo provides multiple paddle boards, kayaks, and loungers for the guests. The pool was definitely a plus as it’s well maintained and great to jump into after and before hitting the beach. We said numerous times during our stay that we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Again, if you plan to have a rental car and don’t mind the 20min drive into Tulum or 1.5 drive down from Cancun..stay here!

The property itself is very nice, clean, and private. There is on-site parking available right in front of the units, so it's very convenient. I highly recommend renting a car while staying in this area. Oscar, the host, was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi didn't work the first day we were there, but he came the next day and fixed it. It was still a bit spotty and only seemed to work in the living room area and we had no service in the bedrooms, but it was manageable. We stayed in one of the lower level units and it was nice being right on the beach with a private pool, but unfortunately, it was seaweed season and there were large brown piles of seaweed partially obstructing the view of the ocean. Oscar did warn me of this one day prior to check-in. The smell was unpleasant, so it was difficult for us to remain outside for long periods of time. On the bright side, if you walk to the left about 10 minutes up the beach where some of the other resorts are, the beach is much cleaner. The Lol-Ha restaurant, which is about a 6 min drive away, also did a great job of keeping the beach/water at least semi-free of seaweed. We visited the Yal-Ku lagoon to get some swimming in too, which is near Lol-Ha. There are a few other cafes and restaurants in that same area that were good that I would recommend visiting while staying here: Turtle Bay Bakery & Cafe (good for breakfast), Taverna (Italian), and Buena Vida (this was our favorite).

Provided a one day notice that the beach was not usable due to excessive seaweed. They do not clean the seaweed and it was an aweful odor inside and outside. Could not use the pool often due to the smell. Multiple ceiling leaks and could not use one of the bedrooms as the water dripped around recessed lighting (very unsafe). Sliding door glass was cracked as was a window. Lots of rust outside and welcomed by a dead bat in the outdoor hottub. The place was poorly cleaned and couldn't pay me to ever return to casa coral. Should be removed from expedia.

Great stay! Akumal is a small village but there are some great restaurants and it sits half way between Tulum and Playa del Carmen. Oscar (property Mgr) was very helpful and checked in daily to see if there was anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and cleaned daily.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Coral. The condo was spacious, clean and the staff could not have been friendlier. Waking up with a view of the ocean and being able to enjoy our own private pool made our visit incredibly special and relaxing. The property felt quiet, safe and has everything you need for a nice vacation!
