Hello and thank you for your review, all our apartments are privately owned this is why some time the photos do not look like the room you are in as the furniture can vary. we have new beds on order so next time Im sure it will be better, I will pass on the pat on the back for the staff they have been working very hard and have great customer service skills.

HI thank you for your review, yes the parking is first in best dressed and sometimes we are unaware other resort guests sneak in and take some of our parks we do try to keep an eye on it, the walk into town via the marina is my favourite.

Hello, I am happy you were able to follow the map instructions we try to make it as easy check in as possible, the room you stayed in is two buildings down the street but we are always a phone call away if needed. bath tub with a view.

Hi thank you for your review yes it is a two person bath with a lovely glass window with a view. the room description does not say spa bath just a bath tub. Sorry if there was any confusion

I'm sorry but there must be some confusion we manage two rooms in a building two doors down the street because we have been asked to not any issues with the management.

Hello and thanks for your Opinions. Sorry I cant respond to you by Name as you cant give us the courtesy of being Up Front and offering us those details. We dont proclaim to be a 5 star property and yes rates in this region may be Higher than some might expect, much of that is a result of the exhorbinant fees we as Locals are FORCED to pay for Insurance. Excess costs like these MUST ultimately have an impact on the Cost to End Users as Overheads. Please feel free to take that up with the Insurance Council of Australia. As for the Fibreglass Shower Cubicles we dont find too many negative comments at all as they are Spacious, can be used as a Bath when necessary and are Hygienically Cleaner than most Tiled cubicles as there are effectively NO seams to harbour bacteria. Parking, well We do our best to manage Parking where there is One Space allocated to each Suite and while those facilities are Easy Come Easy go as Not ALL guests arrive with Vehicles we do find Guests from an adjoining property occasionly occupy Our Spaces but then we do have a Contact Number for anyone who is happy to chat with us on challenges that present them selves. If you could have just spoken up at the Time we may have been able to HELP.

I am not sure which apartment you are talking about, This building does not have an elevator as most in Airlie Beach do not, but If the three flights of stairs where to much our lovely guest service agent would have moved you to a lower floor, but we often get request to move people up to the high floor as the large balcony does have great views, all the apartments are individually owned and some are a little more used then others, we will make the owners aware of your review to see if they would like to make any upgrades, but I though all our beds where Queen ensemble. We provide clean friendly accommodation thank you for your review.

Hi Gus, thank you for your review yes we do have a great view and close proximity to the Airlie Beach town centre, the parking can sometimes be a little tricky, on the weekend you stayed i did notice some gust arrived with more then two cars per apartment this can make it unfair for the other guests we will try to monitor the parking closer in the future.
