Disappointing
We were excited about our stay and when we arrived the hotel looked nice and well presented. The lady at reception was friendly and check in was simple and easy however the operational hours weren’t very late. Once we got up to the room was when things became disappointing, the walk to the room is all tiled so on a rainy afternoon these were extremely slippery, especially with two young children and juggling luggage. There are no lifts so all luggage had to be carried upstairs. The rooms are dated and have minor damage that made the room not look appealing. The bench had an air-conditioner above it which had dust spilt onto the bench from the system or it hadn’t been wiped down. When we arrived all the air conditioners and doors were open, which on a rainy day was a bit strange, but once we closed everything up we worked out why, the room had a musky cigarette sort of smell, under the bench was a ashtray. The room was non smoking but I assume other guests must smoke on the balcony with the smoke drifting into the rooms. All the skirting and tops of light switches and surfaces were all dusty, the bed creaked everytime you rolled over and wasn’t very comfortable, the bathroom had mould on the silicone edging and on the blinds next to the shower. Everything in the unit felt damp. Finally you can hear everything outside, the walls must be quite thin. We heard other guests talking and going to their room all night. I would not be staying again.

Great 2 bed configuration.
The property facilities and location to the beach are fantastic. Also the 2 bed apartments are very good configuration. Highly recommend.

Fantastic units that are right in the middle of town. Shops, cafe's beach and pub are all very close by. Unfortunately it was raining for our visit and the walking areas are all open space so the floor tiles were a bit slippery so if you have bad knees I'd ask for a ground floor unit. Staff very friendly and the unit was spacious, particularly the balcony that also had an electric bbq that worked well, with sun chairs as well as a 4 seater table and chairs.

Spacious unit but in terrible condition. Would be great if renovated. Thankfully the kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates and cookware which made cooking a breeze. Great electric BBQ. Sheets on the bed clean but had holes in the bottom sheet.

Resort is everything needed for a fabulous family holiday. Management and all other staff extremely helpful and friendly. So close to the beach, shops and places to eat. Second year there and look forward to going back next year

I was disappointed in the state of the property. I expected more such as a cafe of some description, a lift rather than having to walk up two flights of stairs. I am 76 and my husband 86. We were staying during schoolies week which prevented us using the pool during a quiet time. I would not recommend this place to my friends

The property itself was really nice and well maintained and the pool was beautiful, however the apartment we stayed in was pretty dated in decor. Things were broken like lampshade, stool etc. also the booking stated it had a shower over bathtub but there was no bathtub.

Excellent 5 night stay. Pool is good but only 1 metre deep and only one of the two spa options worked. Staff were very friendly and helpful and 'shuffled' things around to enable to stay an extra night. The rooms have everything you need for great stay.

Loved Agnes Waters and the environment. The accommodation was good except the lounge suite was worn out, the fly screen in the main bedroom had a large hole in it, the fly wire door screens fell off and there was a hole in the wall where the door opener had gone through it.
