« I felt the facility was somewhat dirty. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. When I got out bed, I put my flip flops to walk about the room because of the dirty carpet. Some updating is needed along with new carpet. »

« My first handicapped assigned room 210 was a disaster. Electric outlets and USB ports did not work. This caused difficulties in running oxygen equipment and charging other electronics. Restroom had a bathtub. Yes there was a bench but not convenient for reaching shower head. Once moved to handicapped room 119, I had a much better stay. 119 was spacious, included a couch. Roll in shower with portable shower chair. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot accessibility is concerning. »

« Every thing was hood and breakfast was consistently refilled for us late risers. I just noticed the usb piets to charge our phones didn’t work. So bring your own plug. Otherwise nice place friendly staff »

« Staff were very friendly. Check-in was easy and fast. Water fountain was pretty. None of the ice makers on the property were working. Trash on the ground throughout the hallways. »

« This is a place that could be really nice. It's location is great, but the logistics getting to and from the room are horrible. Since the only place to park is a garage and since they share the garage with multiple businesses, restaurants, etc. prepare yourself for the potential of a long walk around city sidewalks and construction to get back to the hotel. There is a "garage entrance" but that is only helpful if you can score a parking spot on the first level close to the door. We parked on...
