I would like to mention one thing that did not affect our rating, because it is not the owner's fault, but it could be a problem for families. The neighbors have 2 dogs in a chain link enclosure that goes right up to the house. They barked on and off all night long. The neighboorhood is quiet and the house is located in a small circle that felt extra safe.
