« I loved that they had dishes and body wash available for use . We got one assigned parking slot . The bed was kind of uncomfortable to sleep on and couch was hard . Furniture should be improved a little more . The rack in our wall was not installed right causing it to fall and dishes broke on the Floor. The lady who let us in was very understanding that we didn’t break anything and she communicated with me very respectfully and order new dishes . She was very nice and they allowed 18 year olds...

« Savannah was great to work with! The upstairs neighbors were loud and fighting at all hours of night and day. This was no fault of the property manager but I did take a star off for overall rating because of that. Also, my fault for not reading listing completely, but no washer/dryer on site. And I took a star off for cleanliness because upon checking there was still trash and items in fridge that wasn’t taken out. « Exceptional property. Quiet, clean, with a comfy bed! Well appointed. We were able to enjoy a nice hot bath, morning coffee and watch a little tv while being close to our family in area. Such a great neighborhood and so walkable. The only thing we lacked were bath towels. There were only three for two persons for 4 nights, but we managed. Maybe ask ahead. »

« We had a fantastic time! The house was perfect for us. I appreciated that our car could be pulled behind the gated fence. We enjoyed the privacy, and our puppy had a backyard to play in. Their layout was very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Many homeowners in the neighborhood are renovating their houses. We're excited to see how the neighborhood changes over the next year or so. »

« First off, the location is PERFECT, we were able to take a 10 minute walk to get to the Alamodome. The property manager Tania was so sweet and easy to communicate with. Its such a cute little guest house with great amenities as well as plenty of space for parking where your car is actually safe. It was very clean and the bathroom and shower are great. The upstairs loft is great if you have kiddos! We will be staying here again and again! »
