The Ivy is located in East San Antonio directly across the street from the Frost Bank Center — home of the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs and a premier venue for concerts, live performances, comedy shows, and major sporting events. With easy access to local restaurants, parks, and a nearby golf course, you’ll be perfectly positioned for a Spurs game, a concert, or a weekend getaway in San Antonio.

You'll have the entire loft to yourself! You'll be given access via a smart lock, and you'll receive all of your check-in details 24 hours in advance. The check in time is 4:00 PM onwards and check out time is 10:00 AM.


COURTYARD: From bistro lighting, lounge furniture, and a fire pit to barbecue grills and a fresh herb garden, our manicured courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy quality time with friends and family! You'll also have access to other on-site businesses such as a gym, coffee shop, dance studio, barber school, and hair salon. Please reach out for more information!

ENTRY: Enter from the shared courtyard to our 2,800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom loft filled with natural light. Prepare yourself for our jaw-dropping light fixtures and privacy glass by Smart Glass Country!

LIVING AREA: Relax and unwind in the modern, spacious living room with an 85” TV and Bose sound bar, perfect for movies, game nights, or karaoke!

BEDROOM 1 AND 2: There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, each equipped with large, walk-in closets. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a 60” TV, and the second bedroom has two full beds and a 60” TV. There is a half bathroom as well as a full bathroom equipped with a tub/shower and rainfall shower head.

BEDROOM 3: The primary suite is on the upper/loft level and features a king bed, a 65” TV, and a cozy lounge area. It also has a full bathroom with a luxurious, black tile walk-in shower and rainfall shower head.

KITCHEN/DINING: Enjoy preparing meals in our gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with high-end finishes and an expansive 12 ft. peninsula + six bar stools! Pick your favorite herbs from our fresh herb garden, and share a meal at our dining table that seats eight.

WORKSPACE: Remote work in style at the dedicated workspace situated under the staircase. The desk is also outfitted with office supplies.
