The living area offers plenty of room to stretch out on the generous sofa, catch a favourite show on the Smart TV or settle into the armchair with a book. The full kitchen makes home cooking effortless, with a gas cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and an automatic coffee machine. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for a quick bite before heading out, or linger over meals around the four-seat dining table.

On sunny days, the outdoor entertaining area becomes a favourite place to linger, with the front deck and yard facing the leafy street tree canopy. Stretch out on the outdoor lounge with a cold drink and take in the green outlook, fire up the BBQ for alfresco meals, or tuck yourself away in the garden nook with a cuppa and savour a quiet moment surrounded by greenery.

When it’s time to recharge, both bedrooms offer queen beds, ceiling fans and storage, creating restful retreats for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom keeps daily routines effortless with a glass-screened shower, vanity and mirrored storage, while an in-room washing machine adds convenience for longer stays.

Year-round comfort comes easily with split-system air conditioning in the open-plan living/kitchen area, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and a portable heater for cooler days. An allocated covered carport provides parking for one small or medium-sized car.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
