Upon arrival at Irma’s Place you’ll immediately feel comfortable with our modern furnishings and decor. Enter into our home via a set of steps to the verandah and make use of our state of the art keyless entry system for ease of access 24 hours.
This beautiful, homely historic cottage has been recently painted and furnished to the highest of standards. Our open plan kitchen and dining is perfect for sharing a meal with friends and family. We have a small sitting room for ‘disconnecting’ from technology with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book or alternatively relax in our main living room on our 6 seater sofa in front of the TV.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including an oven, gas cooktop, fridge, Nespresso machine and plenty of wine glasses! Take a seat in our dining area and entertain in style with our 8 seater dining, or alternatively our undercover outdoor area with BBQ facilities is great for some fresh air.
Our home has three king bedrooms and one double sofa bed, with comfortable bedding, vintage wash linens and blockout blinds. There are built in wardrobes with full size mirrors and drawers in the bedrooms if you need to store any clothes.
There is a cosy bathroom with a shower, bath, under basin storage and towel rails. A separate toilet, washing machine and dryer are included for your convenience. Enjoy provisions of hair and body care amenities on us.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have private access to the entire three bedroom home during their stay. Off street car parking is available on site but it is very skinny so is not recommended for larger cars without a confident driver. Any damage to vehicles or our fencing will be the responsibility of the guest. There is also plenty of street parking right out the front!

This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON`T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services available in the area. We will provide you with these details upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
