Three beautifully styled bedrooms set the tone for a restful night’s sleep. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in robe, and designer ensuite with dual sinks and an open-air shower. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, and both rooms open directly onto the balcony, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow and a quiet connection to the city beyond. The third bedroom—perfect for a single guest or child—includes a king single bed and a cosy reading nook. The main bathroom brings a refined sense of calm, complete with a deep soaking bath for unhurried evenings and a rainfall shower to start the day refreshed.

Central climate control ensures comfort in every season, while the study nook and laundry facilities add thoughtful convenience for longer stays. While there is no on-site parking, the apartment’s location makes getting around effortless. From your doorstep, cafés, markets, restaurants, and the city’s cultural landmarks are all within easy walking distance.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
