This compact unit features a comfortable queen-size bed and accommodates up to two guests, making it well suited for couples or short city stays.

While there is no separate kitchen, the unit includes essential amenities such as a microwave, small fridge, toaster and electric kettle, suitable for light meals and simple breakfasts. Thoughtfully designed for convenience, this space provides a practical and comfortable base in the heart of Adelaide.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.



Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Guest Verification: You may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for verification purposes.

Welcome Amenities & Supplies: We provide a small welcome amenity pack to help you settle in comfortably at the start of your stay. For longer stays, or if additional items are needed beyond what is provided, guests are kindly requested to purchase these at their own expense.
