This stunning property houses 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area ready for you to kick back, relax and enjoy your home away from home. With ducted air conditioning, free WiFi, and a generous outdoor entertaining space, you can simply arrive and enjoy without having to worry about a thing.

Step through the front door and you’re instantly greeted with warm timber tones, natural light streaming through large windows, and an open, airy layout that invites you in. The living area is tastefully furnished with sofa, smart TV, and relaxed décor from travels. Nearby, the dining area seats six comfortably beneath a soft pendant light, creating the perfect nook for shared meals, board games or morning coffee.

This is a private cottage exclusively for your use, ensuring you won't be sharing the space with any strangers during your stay. On-site parking includes car space for two cars. Street parking may also be available for extra vehicles. Kindly note that special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
