The modern kitchen features sleek white cabinetry, generous bench space, a gas cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher, making home cooking effortless. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for your morning coffee or gather around the six-seater dining table to share a meal with family and friends. Step outside to the private courtyard, where a BBQ and intimate outdoor dining setting provide space for alfresco meals.

Three beautifully presented bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third bedroom includes two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together. The main bathroom features a bathtub, separate shower and modern vanity, while a full laundry with a washing machine, dryer and additional toilet makes longer stays and family holidays even easier.

For added convenience, the property provides secure garage parking for one car, plus an additional driveway parking space, accommodating two vehicles in total. Please ensure the driveway next door remains clear at all times to allow access for both properties.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
