- Please note: the balcony is enclosed. The windows can be opened partially to allow fresh air.

- Stairs are required to access the property.

- Dedicated onsite parking is available for one small or medium car. It is not suitable for 4WDs or Utes. There is on-street car parking available for large vehicles at the front of the unit group on the roadside.
