You’ll be welcomed by a bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that makes relaxation effortless. The lounge features a plush L-shaped sofa, Smart TV and sliding doors that open onto a private courtyard—ideal for a quiet morning coffee or evening wind-down. The dining table comfortably seats six, while the fully equipped kitchen comes with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine to make meals at home a breeze. A convenient powder room and internal garage access complete the lower level.

Upstairs, all bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. The primary suite is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, walk-in robe, private balcony and ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third includes two single beds—perfect for children or extra guests. A central bathroom with a full-size bathtub, separate shower, vanity and toilet ensures comfort for everyone.

Practical touches include ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning with zoned controls, laundry facilities in the garage (washer, sink, ironing board and microwave), and secure parking for one car.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
