The dining table for four creates an easy setting for shared meals, morning coffee, or catching up on work. The adjoining kitchen keeps everything within easy reach while maintaining the space`s open flow. Equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, and Nespresso machine, it’s well-suited to anything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners at home.

A queen bed with soft linens and bedside lighting sets the tone for restful nights, while the bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet in a simple modern design. A concealed laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and sink adds everyday convenience.

Guests also have access to shared building amenities, including a pool, gym, and BBQ area. Garage parking is available for one vehicle on site. Street parking may be available for additional vehicles. Guests utilising street parking should observe and abide by any signage.

Our key collection is only accessible via stairs. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance and lift through the garage however guests should have an able-bodied person who can collect and return keys.

This is an apartment building and there may be external security cameras present in communal use areas.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
