The Space:

Sandy Feet 1 is a spacious, stylish 3-bedroom beachfront apartment offering the perfect mix of comfort, space and relaxed coastal luxury. Step outside and you’re right on the beach, with beautiful ocean views enjoyed from the living, dining and kitchen areas and the main bedroom.



The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining areas, a walk-in shower and a gorgeous outdoor entertaining space—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the sea air.



Guests have access to undercover parking, Nespresso coffee, filtered tap water, beach towels, games, a stand-up paddle board and a 2-person kayak. Everything you need for an easy, relaxing beach getaway is right at your fingertips.

The Neighborhood:

You’re perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Semaphore and the surrounding coastline has to offer.



The bike and walking track is just 5m from your door, stretching all the way to North Haven and perfect for walking, running and cycling. The beach entrance is also just 10m away—please use the designated beach access and do not climb over the dunes.



The Semaphore Surf Club is around a 10-minute walk away, offering meals and drinks on Thursday and Friday evenings, with spectacular sunset views from the deck.



For your morning coffee, Mirani Cafe is approximately a 5-minute walk on the path. The nearby shops also include a lovely Thai restaurant.



West Lakes Shopping Centre is about a 5-minute drive away, or you can catch the bus along Military Road.



Point Malcolm Reserve is close by and offers tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, free BBQs and undercover picnic tables—great for families.



It’s approximately a 32-minute walk to Semaphore Road, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, Foodland, IGA, a chemist, pubs, bottle shop, nail salon, ice cream shop and plenty more.



Getting Around:

The bus stop on Military Road is just a short walk from the apartments, making it easy to explore without a car. One direction takes you to West Lakes Shopping Centre, with services continuing through to the Adelaide CBD. In the opposite direction, buses take you towards Semaphore Road, with its cafés, restaurants, shops and local attractions.



For those who prefer to explore on foot or by bike, the beachfront walking and cycling track is just 10m from your door and stretches all the way to North Haven. Along the way, you’ll find beautiful coastal scenery, cafés, pubs, playgrounds and plenty of places to stop and enjoy the view.

We have three apartments within the complex, making Sandy Feet ideal for families and friendship groups who want to holiday together while still having their own private space.



Sandy Feet 1 is a spacious 3-bedroom ground-floor apartment, while Sandy Feet 2 and 3 are both upstairs 2-bedroom apartments. Subject to availability, we can accommodate groups of up to 14 guests across all three apartments.



Sandy Feet 1 includes a range of extras for guests to enjoy, including an inflatable stand-up paddle board, 2-person kayak with life jackets and a Cool Cabana for relaxing on the beach. We also provide tennis racquets and balls for use at nearby Point Malcolm Reserve, plus bocce, playing cards, board games, a beach cricket set and a children's beach set with buckets, spades and more.



It’s the perfect setup for groups who want to spend time together, enjoy the beach and local attractions, but still have their own space to relax.



Interaction with Guests:

We live locally and are available till 9pm daily. We offer self check in but if you wish to meet us on arrival we are more than happy to organize this.
