« What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautifully restored, fireplaces galore, great welcoming bar and elegant dining room with fabulous wine room. Couldn’t fault the hotel, our room was so cosy and comfortable, gorgeous large marble bathroom and balcony (Tiers room). Good provisions provided for continental breakfast and snacks, great location, short drive up to Mount lofty lookout...

« Really enjoyed the property, room and surrounding area. Only problem was that we did not receive any instructions on getting into our room and had to ring the staff for access. Other than that, perfect, would stay there again! »

« Super clean room and very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet spot with the bonus of the parking area out the back. Super easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and polite and helpful! Price of the room was also decent for the convenience of being so close to the Main Street. Highly recommend! »

« Off grid cabin / eco tiny home in a scenic area in the hills above Hahndorf. The property had 8 cabins which were really well spaced out giving a feeling of privacy and the area had many birds and kangaroos. Well laid out cabin with thoughtful additions from the host such as kindle/firefighter and matches for the koonara. A lovely stay, highly recommend. »

« I telephoned and it was disconnected. I went to reception which was under construction and dangerous. When I found someone they walked me back to reception through the mess of construction to pay difference of bill and give me a key. Room was clean and was ok for one night. No chairs. Tiny bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Parking was not the best. Place is well located to cafes and pub. »
