Excellent staff and hospitality within the hotel and ground staff. Supported with all concerns raised and was greeted each morning with smiles. 100 percent would recommend if first time in Ghana.

Great service so much so that I have booked another stay at the hotel. Airport pick up available on demand. Butler service is a nice touch.

This property is well kept. The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel service was excellent. Very chic, boutique style hotel with modern amenities. My room came with a Butler, Bismark was very attentive during my stay. The restaurant food was great, but the service was extremely slow. My only complaint for this hotel is because of the location, the noise level is constantly loud from the street. I would definitely recommend staying here.

the property was beautiful however, the front desk staff needs to be more customer focused.. We traveled for the US and no one every asked if we needed assistance with anything, nor help with travel to locations. They barley greeted us.. The other staff members were great... Also, there is a lot of loud music outside throughout the night which makes it difficult to sleep.

Grade A service, rooms feel like Dubai.
I had the best time. The service was better than all the hotels I stayed in Ghana and I stayed in 4 total. The rooms are like your own apartment and the staff really takes care of you. The decor is outstanding and I really loved all of the staff. I will stay here everytime I come to Ghana.

My overall experience.
My stay overall was good. However, their was alot of miscommunication ot lack of communication when it came down to the cost of services. Secondly, the restaurant needs to improve on keeping inventory of whats available on the menu. I had a challenging time ordering food because they were always out of things. Lastly, it would have been nice to know the spa area was under construction. It would have made planning a lot better for my stay.

The hotel itself was beautiful and staff very friendly. However the wasn't a snack bar, just incase you wasn't something to eat or drink...and you could pay for it at checkout. Only water was given in the room. But apart from that everything else was good.

We stayed only one night at this property after having a very bad experience at Accra Luxury Apartments at the Gardens. The service, professionalism, and the amenities stood out like none other. I was of the conclusion that Accra did not understand the definition of "customer service" but Number One Oxford Street Hotels and Suites renewed my confidence.

Safe, hotel is aesthetically pleasing, You can walk to many places nearby, restaurants and bar are walkable, What could have been better: It took multiple calls to front desk to have several issues addressed, not enough toilette paper, soap etc, Robes were not clean, room was not clean enough, bathroom was awkwardly shaped, No menu in room for room service,

Oh boy. Where do I begin? I'm so disappointed in this hotel. I booked this hotel for my Mother for only 2 nights. We paid $1200 CAD dollars. The pick up was good, however, arriving at the hotel, they didn't have my booking on their system. I had to Whatsapp my mom the details of her booking to "PROVE" she'd paid. When breakfast came - which we paid for the FULL BREAKFAST option, my mom requested for her food to be brought to her room since she wasn't feeling great to go downstairs and dine in the main area. She was told upon bringing her food upstairs that it cost 45 US dollars to bring her food up - a hospitality service fee. Who pays 45 dollars for someone to wheel in a tray from the kitchen downstairs to upstairs? Absolutely insane. When they brought the food, there was pork! My mom specifically stated that she CAN NOT eat pork. However, on BOTH days she was staying there, the breakfast was the same. Imagine paying 48 dollars/day for breakfast to be given basic cereal. My mom spoke to the manager on her first night, and he apologized and reassured her that the next day would be better. Clearly, that was a joke. The next day, the SAME bad service was given, pork in her breakfast and the receptionist was RUDE and told her she wouldn’t be allowed to LEAVE the property until she paid the 45 bucks! The hotel itself's cleanliness is POOR! Dust on the TV/Mirrors, wine stains on the furniture, the shower doesn’t work properly and the sink clogs. DO NOT RECOMMEND! 0/10

We are looking into the attitude of the lady in question and she will be addressed accordingly. It is not the type of communication that we expect from our staff and we will continue to train our staff to ensure this does not happen again in the future. We take the health and wellbeing of our guests seriously we are investigating the lack of communication in regards to your dietary requirements. The room service charge mentioned is displayed on the menu in your room, however we will ensure at time of ordering it is made more clear to ensure transparency of the charge which is 45 ghana cedis, USD$5. Withney, if I may have your contact number to speak to you further regarding your feedback for management to formally follow up with you.

I was allowed only 9hours access to a room I paid over $600 for. I was checked in at 2:00 AM while my check in time was supposed to be 2:00PM. And to make it worse, for all those 12 hours, I was asked to wait with my friends in the lobby till my booking reflected on their system before I would be given the room since I wasn’t paying at the property even though I had shown them the prove of payment and receipt of my booking. And to top it all, I was still asked to check out at 12:00PM although I was checked in at 2:00AM midnight and it wasn’t my fault their system was messing up. I’ve never felt so embarrassed in my life! Hopefully when next I visit, the system doesn’t mess up.
