Thank you for bringing this to our attention it certainly is not feedback that we like to see from our guests.
We are looking into the attitude of the lady in question and she will be addressed accordingly. It is not the type of communication that we expect from our staff and we will continue to train our staff to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
We take the health and wellbeing of our guests seriously we are investigating the lack of communication in regards to your dietary requirements. The room service charge mentioned is displayed on the menu in your room, however we will ensure at time of ordering it is made more clear to ensure transparency of the charge which is 45 ghana cedis, USD$5.
Withney, if I may have your contact number to speak to you further regarding your feedback for management to formally follow up with you.
