We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have expressed with your towels not being changed during your stay.We would please like to inform you that, in trying to protect our environment, we have come up with a policy of changing towels every two (2) day so as to reduce the quantity of chemicals released into our environment through washing; Unless the Guest asks for it to be changed every day by placing the towels on the floor as a way of communicating to the housekeeper to have them changed . There is a card explaining this policy in every room.I am sorry this was not communicated to you at the reception.We appreciate you sharing your concern and we hope your next visit will be pleasant in all aspects.
