J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Ibis Styles d'Accra du 1er au 4 novembre 2018. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour s'est bien déroulé. Le personnel est aimable et disponible, et le service de bonne qualité. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bon et très copieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et en bon état. Un léger bémol néanmoins, dû à l'odeur d'humidité persistante dans les chambres.

The hotel provided white towels that had seen better days - they were grayed and you could see trace of makeup - very much dirty looking (even though you could tell the towels were washed) Shuttle is suppose to be leaving hourly- was a over 5 min late and rush to the airport ( hang on to your seat)

Outstanding for what I lacked for past 2 days which was surround wifi, working landline in the room for numbers outside the hotel, cool a/c, airport shuttle and personable nice staff everywhere such as at the reception, pool bar, gift shop and breakfast buffet. For dinner the chicken tikka and prawns were incredible and served poolside.

There is a card explaining this policy in every room.I am sorry this was not communicated to you at the reception.We appreciate you sharing your concern and we hope your next visit will be pleasant in all aspects. Overall a fine place to stay... I struggled to get some hand soap during my stay...so had to use the one from the shower to wash my hands. It looks like some sort of cost saving measure.

This place would get one star if it wasn’t for the nice staff. Otherwise I haven’t been in such an unloved and rundown hotel in a while. Room was terrible, broken bathroom counter, no safe, smelled bad, incredibly loud a/c banging away.

The money paid was not worth the room, the washroom was unsafe, there wasn't any floor mat, almost slipped during shower. The tiles were wall tiles so unsafe. Only one towels and it seems like the room wasn't prepared for us.

Staffs at reception are not welcoming and low efficient. Room is small like a cage. Breakfast are super limited. Don't come.
