Châteaux à Acatenango

« Endroit et personnel incroyable!! »

« The place was great. What wasn’t is the early closing of the activities. Check in is at three and the activities were closed by 4. By the time you settle in the first day is wasted. »

« This property was amazing . the view to the volcanos is incredible. The staff so nice and friendly. The room was clean and neat . I was so happy to stayed in this amazing place. 100 percent recommended »

The tours organized by the hotel are overpriced. We were asked several times by the restaurant staff to buy them boat rides. The restaurant food is really not good. Also, the bathroom was very old and not quite as good as the photos. The only positive point is the incredible view of...

« The grounds were spacious. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They even came to find us when their sign was out and Waze got us lost. »
