« Bij aankomst wist men niets van een reservering af. Aanvankelijk was het personeel niet erg behulpzaam. Maar na tussenkomst van het management en lange telefoongesprekken met een medewerker van trivaco in Nederland werd ons een mooie kamer ter compensatie aangeboden. Wel moesten wij de volgende dag de rekening alsnog betalen. we hebben de overnachting dus dubbel betaald. Het hotel is mooi , schoon en ruim opgezet. »

« Stayed for 6 nights. Excellent food options. Buffet breakfast and dinner had an international flairn which we served in the main dining room daily. There were also 4 optional dining options 2 restaurants and a cafe and a bar /dining by the pool side. The bed was very comfortable. I looked forward to getting in bed in the evenings. It was not just a hotel, it had a resort feel to it. If I should visit Abuja again, I would stay there again. »
