Flats in Abtenau Salzburger Land Our house is situated on a small hill, surrounded by meadows with a marvellous view of Abtenau and the mountains. The village centre, ski lifts, cross-country ski runs, summer and winter toboggan runs, mini golf, adventure swimming pool etc. are only 800 m from the house. Hiking routes are right on the doorstep.

The Bergblick flat for 2 - 3 people is approx. 40 m2 in size and consists of: Own staircase, anteroom, storage room, shower with WC, large, comfortable living room with sofa bed, large flatscreen TV, large kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine) and cosy dining area (mountain view!!), 1 bedroom with 2 beds, balcony with a wonderful view of the Tennengebirge and the Karkogel, parking directly at the house. Bed linen, towels and tea towels, WLAN or internet cable, free parking.

This flat has a balcony with garden furniture and awning. Of course you can also use the garden. Enjoy the marvellous view of the mountains and the Karkogel, the ski mountain of Abtenau, as well as the view of Abtenau.

Our house is situated on a small hill, therefore it is advisable to have snow chains in the car in case of heavy snowfall in winter. If you are travelling with small children, a cot and baby high chair are available. Children up to 2 years travel free of charge!

We live in a very central yet quiet location, as the road only leads to our estate and there are only a few houses here. There are hiking routes right on the doorstep. The centre, as well as ski lifts, cross-country ski runs, ski school, leisure facilities etc. can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 - 15 minutes. The Tennengau+ Card is free when you book. This card entitles you to various discounts, and it is particularly interesting that you can explore popular excursion destinations in the surrounding area around Salzburg by bus and train free of charge. The ski bus is also free.
