« I’ll start off with staff. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. No issues with him. While my kids were swimming, another staff member came in and yelled at them and told them if they broke anything, I’d be paying for it (they were throwing pool balls to each other, nothing that would have broken anything). « Coffee and breakfast were not free, and it only had a Starbucks with very limited hours. The pool and hot tub were closed for repair. Out room was dirty and dated, and the bathroom had hair and hair balls in the shower. We rented this hotel for the pool and hot tub so that was very disappointing. It was $150 per night, I would’ve rather stayed at The Hampton Inn next door. »

« Terrible experience. The elevator was broken and took forever to get a room on ground level due to two of our parties having walking disabilities. Then things were broken in the room such as the door handle to the bathroom the top of the air-conditioning unit the room itself was not fully clean as there were still hairs left in the bathroom. The hot tub heaters were broken and then they kicked us out of the breakfast room after breakfast was over when we just wanted to sit at a table as there...

« The sheets were gross. They advertised a pool but it was shut down. Permanently. The lobby smelled like BO. The tvs only have basic cable and no way to stream services. The breakfast only had one hot option, pancakes. »
