Séjour pro - Très bon hôtel en centre ville
L'hôtel est très propre et très bien situé car en plein centre-ville et a proximité de nombreux restaurants. Les services proposés correspondent à ceux d'un hôtel de cette gamme donc rien à redire. Le seul point à "améliorer" c'est la décoration qui date un peu. Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement pour être mise au goût du jour.

Bonne situation
Hôtel bien situé, proche du centre ville. Un bémol : l'hôtel dispose certes d'un parking gratuit, mais d'une dizaine de place tout au plus. La stationnement aux pourtours de l'hôtel est payant de 08h à 20h, sauf le dimanche matin.

Apparently, there was a night club at the end of the street and it was niisy in the room all night as the clubbers passed by the hotel. Ear plugs were supplied in the room when we arrived. Now we know why.

Worth every penny! The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious; however, i would say what I liked most about this property is the professionalism of the staff. I appreciate going to a place where I know I can get quality for a good price. The breakfast is very enjoyable as well.

Really nice location, you can walk to any areas downtown Aberdeen. Breakfast is very good as well. What could improve is the room I stayed did not have any drawers to organize my clothes and the couch had a huge stain nobody bothered to clean when I requested. One weekend some guest were so loud and rude they left the breakfast area like a war zone. Staff did the best it could to keep that place clean.

Ok and very reasonably priced. No air con and very stuffy room. Mattress very soft, probably old and needs replaced. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast good. Location excellent and parking very useful

We stayed next door to a Finnie room. Some of the staff are non stop slamming the door and we woken up by it. They did not even think that there would probably a guest next door. Talked to the reception about it on the first day of our stay, who is very nice but it happened again the next day.

It was all fine until approx 5am when there was a commotion in the hallway outside our room , doors getting slammed and raised voices , we couldn’t get back to sleep after it.

Parking was limited within the hotel however there was a council ran card park 5 mins up the road. The breakfast was not the best. Yes there was variety but not cooked to best of quality. Walls are paper thin and anyone walking up and down the corridors amplifies regardless of the time of day

Cleanliness of the room was shocking. The heating was terrible we had to get an extra duvet to keep warm,because the heating was electric there was no heating in the toilet and the tiles were stone cold you couldn't go in without something on your feet. They gave us towels to put on the floor but as it was a wet room it was no use if you wanted a shower. I am still waiting for a sum of money taken out of our account for something we didn't use.If this is the treatment you get for using your website we may have to look at alternative options in future.
