Staff were amazing, kids LOVED the 2 story waterslide. Only downside was our room needed a deep clean! Bedding was clean, but the baseboards and vents were very dusty, and the washroom had a bunch of hair (not ours) stuck to the ceiling. The room turnover clean was good, just a detailed spring clean was needed. All in all, would stay here again.

Everything was going great during our one night overnight stay until we were awakened by the thump, thump, thump of live music coming from down the hall. Went out to investigate and ended up looking out the exit door to the Abbey Road Tap House next door that was completely going off with a Saturday night set from a live band that was so loud it woke me up in our hotel next door. Going back to our room and getting back into bed then was woke again by the family next door having a full-on domestic dispute screaming match. Good hotel just request as far as possible away from the night club next door. Front desk employee doing check in was great and very helpful.

The front desk staff were very friendly. Hotel.rooms were fine, nothing fancy but that didnt bither us. The pool and hot tub however were absolutely filthy, and murky. The water even smelled. Made my kids get out after 15minutes when my eldest found a clump of hair and bandaid in the pool!! Mqde them shower immediatley it was that gross
