Travaux importants dans l’hôtel. Piscine fermée, chambre sale, service inexistant. Petit déjeuner correct. Dîner très cher pour des produits congelés. Décoration inexistante. La localisation proche des studios Harry Potter est le seul intérêt

Hi Thierry, Thank you for your review and feedback on your recent stay with us. We're currently have certain works getting carried out in the hotel to make their stay at Hunton Park very special. One of the biggest projects we have now completed in our 10 new Mansion House rooms which are in a league of their own. Sadly our pool was closed due to a plumbing issue. Due to health and safety reasons we couldn't keep our pool open so apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We plan to have our pool reopened very soon. We have been directing all our guests to our sister property Denham Grove to use their pool and they also have a gym that you're more than welcome to use. We have refurbished almost all of our existing rooms and now we will be doing the same in our corridors, public areas, restaurant and bar in due course. We hope we get to welcome you back in the future where you can truly experience your stay at Hunton Park.Best wishes,

Bon sejour dans l'ensemble. Le cadre est jolie. Ca manque un peu de rafraîchissement pour certaines pieces. Mésaventure le jour du départ lorsqu'on nous annonces qu'on doit payer les chambres car ils n'ont reçus aucun paiements. Donc on a dû payer une seconde fois et on attends le remboursement d'hôtels.com

Magnifique jardin, l'environnement est très paisible et agréable, les chambres et les lits sont très confortables, le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant, et le bâtiment en lui-même est très joli. Pour le petit déjeuner, il y a principalement le repas anglais, qui est très bon et bien cuisiné, si on aime ce genre de repas au début de la journée :)

Très bel hôtel avec un bon accueil. Pas du tout bruyant et les chambres sont assez spacieuses, La salle de bain ne contient pas de douche mais une baignoire. Très propre. Situé juste à côté du Warner Brs Studio Tour. Il n'y a rien à dire, je vous conseille cet hôtel.

This hotel is not at all what you see in the photos. You expect to stay in a nice old manor and you don’t, you stay in a building g adjacent to the manor. The room was small and hot. On the way there I rolled my ankle badly and they refused to let us have any ice because the ice machine was turned off for the day. The morning breakfast is limited and not very good. The coffee was good. The only good thing is it’s close to Harry Potter studios, but you have to take an Uber or taxi to get to it. No restaurants or stations nearby for drinks or snacks.

Die Anlage wirkt im ersten moment super pompös - auf den zweiten blick sieht man das es dringend eine ordentliche renovierung bräuchte und vor allem sollte auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Außer dem Garten ist nicht gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind mini, die bäder nicht wirklich sauber. Ich möchte dieses Hotel wirklich niemandem empfehlen.

Very pleasant indeed. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. well equipped and very clean rooms. Quiet peaceful location, yet just three minutes to the M25, (non-rush hour) and less than 10 mins to the M1.

Great looking property and clean fresh rooms spoilt only by the overwhelming smell of chlorine in the rooms (our room was over the pool). Room was hot and AC didn't really help. Dining room was uncomfortable and tired looking (and what hotel doesn't offer decaf coffee for goodness sake!). Pool was warm and clean but decor was very shabby and dimly lit, possibly to detract from the tiles coming away from the ceiling? That said it is a 3 star establishment and my expectations should be proportionally lower. Friendly staff, notably Olivia on the desk.

The room was fine but the hotel wing layout isn’t very conducive. The main building is generally unavailable other than corporate/special events. The breakfast was appalling - so bad that the charge was cancelled.

This is very well located hotel for Harry Potter world. The hotel inside is rather tired looking and in much need of a lick of paint and new upholstery. The kitchen was under refurb? so the food was limited. I ordered a brown bread chicken and sun-dried tomato sandwich, it arrived as white bread when i queried it I was told there was no brown bread left and offered a drink on the house as compensation (nice) but I later found out by asking the morning staff during breakfast there had be no shortage of brown bread. I concluded they couldn't be bothered to remake my sandwich. The staff were always polite and friendly especially the male receptionist.

We had a lovely stay at Hunton Park hotel. A 5 minute drive to The Harry Potter Studios which made the whole trip really convenient and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a good range of options to suit all needs. The highlight was the pool and we were happy that we were able to access it despite the signage suggesting there were swimming lessons taking place. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the area.

My stay here was fantastic and Hunton Park has the BEST staff! On my second night, I faced complications with the sink in the bathroom. The receptionist personally assisted with the sink and offered to move me to a new room down the hall. I faced the same issue in the next room and the receptionist was right there to assist. The receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate and upgrade my new room at no charge to me. All the staff members I met were fantastic and so kind. My stay was great! They go above and beyond!

The staff were very helpful had an issue with are room and they were quick to try and sort it. The staff were very friendly. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews for this hotel but I would defo stay here again there is no negativity coming from me also the beds were very comfy. 😊

I did not like the fact that I paid £41 for a simple bottle of white wine. I thought this was well over the odds. The Hotel itself was lovely in an ideallic setting and the staff were quite helpful albeit stressed as the Hotel was clearly overbooked judging by their conversations.

Room had no heating and radiator in bathroom didn’t work, no alternative rooms available. Manager did his best to find alternative heating but it took over three hours. Offered to refund part of room cost through Hotels.com this has not been received

Waste of money
Very disappointed with our stay, I had splashed out to have a night in a historic building at a high quality hotel and what we instead received was a night in a modern building near a historic building. The room was an adequate size though nothing special, and had a number of structural features showing disrepair - there was a hole in the floorboards under the carpet that my partner tripped on and the door to the bathroom didn't close fully even when pulling it firmly. There was an issue with the hot water on the day we checked in which meant neither of us could shower before dinner. This did get repaired the same day but not for the 2 hours we were there before going to dinner. Before we left we visited the swimming pool which was in a room with holes missing from the ceiling and only had a single ikea stool to sit on which was soaking wet with condensation and rusty at the feet. A number of features outside the room were also in disrepair, we noticed a broken window in the hallway near our room, the electric front doors were not activated (making them very heavy and difficult to open for my partner who is unable to lift heavy items due to medical issues), and there was a fire door on the basement level which was unable to be closed due to how it was hanging on the frame. Overall very dissapointed with our visit. Fine for a travel lodge but not what i would expect for an expensive hotel
