Hi Thierry, Thank you for your review and feedback on your recent stay with us. We're currently have certain works getting carried out in the hotel to make their stay at Hunton Park very special. One of the biggest projects we have now completed in our 10 new Mansion House rooms which are in a league of their own. Sadly our pool was closed due to a plumbing issue. Due to health and safety reasons we couldn't keep our pool open so apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We plan to have our pool reopened very soon. We have been directing all our guests to our sister property Denham Grove to use their pool and they also have a gym that you're more than welcome to use. We have refurbished almost all of our existing rooms and now we will be doing the same in our corridors, public areas, restaurant and bar in due course. We hope we get to welcome you back in the future where you can truly experience your stay at Hunton Park.Best wishes,

We are delighted to note that your recent visit was a positive experience and that you enjoyed your stay with us.I am sorry the smell of the pool was so noticeable this is unusual so I will check what happened.The swimming pool area is one of the older areas of the hotel that we have yet to fully invest and improve but I am pleased to say that this week we have started that process with the AHU being replaced and following that the area is due to be decorated hopefully making improvements that are necessary.I have also spoken with the Restaurant Manager about the decaffeinated coffee as this should indeed be readily available so apologies for this.We hope that you will consider returning to one of our properties again in the future.
