Exciting and interesting place for all ages. The refurbished museum is excellent, it’s amazing to clamber around the Abbey ruins and the steps up from Whitby to get there are a fun challenge (though the over 80s avoided the steps and went by car. Parking was ample but there was a long queue to buy a ticket).
