The decking area outside of the bar was very dirty with holes in the seat covers and the whole are could do with a clean and a tidy up. You need to get up early for breakfast as there is limited seating for this and it gets extremely busy after 9am. We had a printout from an email which said to use the Gileston Manor Courtyard with cream gates as the entrance, upon arrival at 7:30PM (more than 3 hours before check in ended) the gates were locked and the number provided was going straight to voicemail. « This is a special place, beautiful grounds, where you can walk freely walk. Our daughter had the opportunity to feed the Alpacas and sheep, which was very special. The accommodation is fantastic, we stayed in the Stables, which has a conservatory, it mkes all the difference to open these doors to the garden at the back.
