« Loved the restaurant and the amazing staff and the location is wonderful. Only downside was the room that we were allocated while comfortable had an unimpressive aspect and was missing some finer details e.g. could have done with an extra chair and a small coffee table (the room was big enough) and it lacked hanging space. Overall though a lovely stay.. »

« lovely hotel situated 5 minutes walk from the center of Bury St Edmunds.Bedroom nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. Difficult to dry hair as no plug in the bathroom and no mirror in the bedroom!! Unfortunately we were in a front bedroom which is on the main road!! very noisy from 7.am »

« This was a last minute break, and I was impressed with the room and how friendly the staff were, nothing was too much trouble, we stayed in room 6 this was very comfortable , I would definitely recommend »

« Great hospitality from the staff. Breakfast was good but a little overpriced for a basic continental spread. I would have expected the continental breakfast to be included with the room rate. Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous! I would love to dine there again. When I got my final bill for my stay (room and breakfast) I was asked if I wanted to add further gratuity to it which was a little surprising and made me feel a bit awkward. I had tipped well for the dinners already. So I’m not...
