« Staff was very friendly and service minded.
The hotel itself was OK, but not up to the level which can be expected e.g. in Taipei.
There was mold in several places in the bathroom. The room smelt awkward and so did the corridor.
The breakfast buffet was large but of average quality. Fresh fruit was almost lacking.
So the hotel is ok if you need to stay in Hualien, e.g. to visit Taroko national park. Don't expect too much though. »

« Staff were very friendly and professional. Environment was quite nice. Breakfast has many variations , might be one of the best breakfast. Many parking spaces, and was easy to booking a golf car service. My only complaint is the bed itself was firm and pillows wasn't comfortable for me and my husband. Overall it was a nice stay for my family. »

« In my opinion it's a good one if you also visits the theme park just underground . The hotel rooms they are like the hotel a bit too much , small gym, the swimming pool inside is really great but outside it miss some place. Other that the dinner is a really expensive and is not worth 1300 $. »

« This is a beautiful hotel with genuinely beautiful rooms. We loved the view over the water. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is central and excellent for exploring downtown Hualien.
Amenities are hit and miss. Weirdly, there’s no laundry service, for example, even though there was a laundry bag in the closet. It took multiple conversations with staff and two trips to the lobby to figure out that laundry service isn’t available (and with the hot and humid climate...
