« The property itself is great even if the parking garage is a little inconveniently placed. It’s not a far walk, but can be tedious with traffic. Rooms and property maintain the historic elements of the previous bank usage now with modern amenities. The biggest downside is the homeless outreach center across the street, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, but there are some extremely aggressive individuals that can make you feel unsafe. »

« This was a nice, stately hotel with Southern charm. Located steps away from city center with plenty of dining options within a few minutes' walk. Room was comfortable and had a nice view of the courtyard. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast buffet! Highly recommended! »

« 10 out of 10 on property as it was amazing, room outstanding and cleanliness superb! Service 8 out of 10. Food 9 out of 10 Service 8 only because the breakfast to go pickup seemed unorganized and delayed even though I was the only patron picking up at the time and when I checked out it was a very generic grab of the key without kindness or how I was greeted upon arrival. I never expressed any complaint about the service. Property great and would be hard to beat at any 5 star resort! »

« This property is stunningly beautiful. A wedding venue with lovely lodging. Super comfortable bed in a nice room. Nothing negative to say. We were the only couple in the building until about bedtime and someone else came in. We heard them arrive to the room next door, and no noise after that. The town of Staunton is also a sweet, contemporary mountain town. Do stay here if you get the chance. »

« We loved this condo, it was really well arranged for sleeping and modern. The whole setting with the dock was perfect. The only problem was the patio had not been cleaned before our arrival and it was not usable as is . I had to sweep and clean all the cushions »

Un petit déjeuner copieux où on peut avoir le plaisir d'échanger avec les autres hôtes et le propriétaire. Grande propriété au calme avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes avoisinantes. A proximité des grottes de Luray. »

« Only thing is people need to respect the reserved space for those that are disabled. We had two people park in that spot and they were not staying with us in the unit. Yes, there are other spaces but having that spot for husband does make a difference. »
