« We were super disappointed with this resort. Sure it had some good points like a washer/ dryer in the room. The grounds were lovely, we felt safe. The food was ok, but the main pool was down right dirty. Mildew- algae on the deck in all the corners. We don’t think it was vacuumed all day. Never saw it being cleaned or chemicals checked. The rooms are out dated, certainly not a luxury resort. Maybe once upon a time. It’s worn out. It’s obvious leadership from the states hasn’t been recently....

The decor was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the shared spaces (like the pool/terrace) were great for meeting other travelers. « Gallows Point was in a great location to Cruz Bay. There was transportation from the resort to and from the ferry and the concierge - Ojhany - was the best. He was incredibly helpful and so kind! The rooms were spacious and had a full kitchen (no oven). We had everything we needed! The only thing to know is that there isnt beach access form the resort. I highly recommend renting a car from the resort and traveling to beaches all over the island. »

The Hills location is far enough off the beaten path that there was not much noise or vehicle traffic in our area, yet close enough to be very convenient to get into Cruz Bay via a quick taxi ride of about five minutes. « We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. The first vacation in a while where nobody wanted to leave! There was an issue with a power outage one day, where the generator also failed, but that seemed to be an island problem, not a property one. We heartily recommend this place and...
