9.0 sur 10, Merveilleux, (14 avis)
« A beautiful oasis in the middle of busy Nanyuki! Very reasonable rates for a gem in the middle of town. 100% safe compound for foreigners (behind a large gate). Great workout gym with modern equipment, and affordable massages and other treatments in a relaxing spa area. Breakfast was the best I've had in Kenya (over multiple trips in 30 years). Bar is pretty cool. Staff helped me change the booking with no fees. One warning - the walls are a bit thin so if there is a party going on...

« Very helpful staff, great amenities, some of the food could have been a bit better: meat (lamb and beef) was tough. Fresh cooking station was excellent. »

« 部屋の中に虫がたくさん入ってきます。
建物のつくり的に外から虫が入ってくるのが防げません。
シャワーはお湯が出ず、冷たい水で浴びました。
ベッドのシーツは清潔でしたが、虫を避けるために布団を被って寝ました。
今後ここに泊まることは無いと思います。 »

« I messaged the property to inform them that I was going to arrive very late on Christmas Eve . That is when I got a shock of my life when they told me that they did not have any booking for me. I had booked and paid for a room for 2 nights many months ago !
What a shame !!!!!
You spoiled my Christmas! »

« Lewa
Stay of a lifetime! I splashed out for a three day stay and could not fault anything. The animals on the game drives were amazing, especially rhinos and lions were amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and obviously still excited about it all.
The camp was comfort personified and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was lovely to dip into a little piece of luxury and also to see the good work the Lewa Conservancy is doing. It gives one hope for the future. »

« The staff was literally outstanding!! The tent was gorgeous. Our major complaint was the food choice was very limited and not always geared to an 'American' consumer. We had a couple great meals and the rest were hard to enjoy since we don't eat seafood. »

« Kambi Mstuni is a great resort with friendly staff and beautiful gardens. The restaurant serves great food too. Will highly recommended it if you’re traveling to the Laikipia/Aberdares area. Will only ask the management to do regular maintenance to the murram road that connects it with the main road on the Makutano side since it’s a little rough to drive there when it has rained due to many potholes on it. Otherwise not a bad place to rewind despite the distance from the main road.

« This property seemed to have quite good reviews. I was disappointed overall.
Pros:
-Rooms were clean and comfortable
-Location was convenient
-Staff was friendly
Cons:
-the hotel seemed pretty run down
-the restaurant was substandard
-you could hear everything through the walls
-there was no hot water, even after 3 complaints
-the staff moved all my stuff to another room without my prior knowledge or permission because they wanted to give my room to someone else »
