« Whilst a stunning hotel, in an amazing location our initial arrival was marred by poor communication and poor customer service. We tried to explain how it impacted our trip but it fell on deaf ears. By the time it was sorted, it was too late and we were deflated. What should have been an amazing stay became a frustration. The in-house dining did not suit us but we at least forewarned by the poor reviews of that online so we came prepared. We never got to try the pools due to our delayed shuttle...

« The property was nothing short of beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was amazing as was the pool.
My partner and I loved walking around enjoying all the little hidden spaces.
There is a lot of effort put into this place to maintain the historic atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
Also close to town for meals and shopping. »
