« The property is quiet, nice and clean and the staff are very nice. Parking is not available but they do have valet parking which is not that expensive and there are a couple of parking options near by within a block distance. »

« The ice machine didn’t work on my floor, our windows were cracked we when came into the room, there was a towel on the bathroom floor which lead me to believe it was not cleaned before I arrived and the elevator wouldn’t work twice. For the about I spent on a suite and the pictures and look from inside the lobby which is beautiful I expected a lot more. »

« It was not the worst experience, but it was not the best. We had to change rooms because there was a hole in the shower where the faucet was suppose to be. Not sure if maintenance forgot to alert the front desk so the room would not be rented. They did not have anymore double bed rooms, so had to settle for a king size bed for myself and my daughter. They handeled it very professionally. I just think maintenance dropped the ball. »

« We have loved the Joseph for many years. The Guild House restaurant is lovely off of the lobby. Staff is stellar. Rooms have been consistently fresh and very comfortable. Only thing is in the last couple years, the main street in front of hotel has gotten very noisy. We stayed in back of hotel this time and it was better. »

« Property is very trendy. Lobby, restaurants and roof top bar was all very busy. Roof top was inaccessible until 7:30 pm because it was full. Unfortunately we had theatre tickets and weren’t able to visit it until 10:40 pm and it closed at 11. It was a fantastic outdoor space if you can visit it. The Blackout curtains were best I’ve seen in a hotel. The window seating was an unexpected surprise. Loved it! There were a few small things that needed attending to so only four stars, but we are...
