« This has been my go to hotel in Vancouver but no longer. They charge you extra if you check in before 4:00. Doesn’t matter that the room is ready, you pay. It’s a money grab. I think it’s $25 to check in early, even at 3:45. I only stayed there this time because I was arriving at 6 PM but I think it’s time to move on »

« Overall we loved it! Location is gorgeous, staff were all consistently kind and handled all requests with friendliness. We ate at the Cascade restaraunt for dinner and breakfast and both were good. My only remark is the room cleanliness... my kids kept finding stuff on the floor(a cheeto, a bean then small toys under the bed) which was gross! Rooms definitely look run down.
Other then that I like how they host all kinds of event throughout the month, nighty bon fires, and scavenger huts. We...

« I wish the cut off for the check in was more clear. I tried calling twice on my trip in to ensure that there was 24 hour check in, eventhough I've never stayed somewhere that didnt have that available. The calls were not answered. When I arrived I realized that the desk was indeed closed and it left me stranded in the middle of the night trying to find somewhere else to stay. When I googled it, it said there was 24 hour check in and I went off of this information since no one was answering when...
