« Proper is superb!! But please don’t book any tickets through Expedia ..after traveling 400 km you will get an surprise that Expedia ppl didn’t inform the hotel people no mails from there side.. though your amount already deducted ..they will try to provide the similar property and their executive are too arrogant in entire story .. it’s big headache to book through Expedia ,after arguing 30-40 min rooms will be provided that all because of Expedia negligence again...😂 they thought that they...

« The surrounding was excellent. It’s a very peaceful place and the people working at hotel were extremely helpful. The steps and getting to rooms for senior citizens is little harder, but having able to bring car al the way down was helpful. »

« Zero maintenance, trash is thrown in the valley by the hotel staff, takes hours for food preparation, no room service, same curry, dal everyday for every meal. For the price they charge, it was pathetic. Room wasn’t cleaned during the stay. »

« I liked the entire mountainous surroundings, accommodation facilities, service staff, excellent food. Although I had read about and knew of the steep hill I have to climb down to Itimenaan Estate, i found myself totally unprepared for the very challenging and steep climb made more dangerous because of moist and slippery rocks. Not for faint hearted. But the beauty of the surroundings makes it all worthwhile. »

« You go back in history while staying at the 19th century cottage. The authenticity, simplicity, quality and serendipity of the hotel and its location overlooking the Ramgarh valley defines our stay for 3 nights here. We were taken special care by the staff and the breakfast deck amidst the light cold breeze and winter sun light was an awesome experience. Food was very homely and very tasty at the same time. »

« Windsor Lodge Is a cosy hotel right next to the Ranikhet Golf course .The positives are large , well appointed rooms , excellent service , view of the Himalayas in winter . Rooms have air conditioning which is rare in Ranikhet and useful in the day in summer months . Ideal location for long walks and relaxing . The only negative is high food prices though I must add the food is really good »
