« Reception - guest management needs to be improved, only one person at the reception and several people in the line, had to wait almost an hour because of complex requirements (too conservative for 3-star hotel).
Miscommunication over the phone on spa access, the reality was different, but quickly solved. »

« Peaceful Escape!
A truly beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by nature. The hotel is nestled in the forest, with fresh, cool air and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall facilities deserve a 5/5.
It may not have all the facilities you find in other hotels, such as a pool or spa, fitness but if you are looking for peace, fresh air, and a beautiful natural setting, this is definitely a wonderful place to stay and relax.
Highly recommended for...
