« Cet hôtel a besoin d’entretient et de rénovations. C’est assez propre mais très vieillot. Ce n’est pas insonorisé. Les gens passent dans le corridor et c’est comme d’ils étaient dans la chambre. L’ameublement est défraîchi. Le petit déjeuner était bon. »

« Très bel endroit, calme et paisible. L’hôtel atypique est très bien situé dans la ville. L’intérieur est très bien décoré. La vue sur la mer et le port est magnifique. On peut également apercevoir le château de Bamburgh. Le petit déjeuner excellent. »

« chambre confortable, hote sympa, petit dejeuner convenable, joli village et tres beau chateau, pri un peu élevé en comparaison avec des hotels »

« Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, spacious room, great shower. Food choice was good. Downside the amount of curry my wife had could of been more plentiful. My teriyaki fish needed more seasoning, I don't usually add salt or pepper to meals but in this case had to. Saying that my 2 friends steak and linguine was apparently lovely. The full English was exceptionally good and plentiful »

« Super accueil chaleureux et très humain. Chambre propre et sans aucune faute. La peinture dans la salle de bain est à revoir pour que ça fasse plus neuf. Nous avons passé une très belle nuit. »

« Great location for walking into town. Friendly , welcoming staff. Comfortable room with everything we needed. Lovely bed and great shower . Friendly staff provided a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning . Would recommend »

« We stayed in The Chapel Room, which was beautiful, so unique - with stunning stained glass windows, very spacious, gorgeous decor/furnishings and a super comfortable, large bed. The hospitality/housekeeping staff are all extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious and served by a smiling, friendly and helpful team - we always receive excellent customer service, thank you. The breakfast room/restaurant and resident's lounge are lovely to relax in too. »

« Our stay was amazing from start to finish. I was kept updated with information regading all aspects including check-in protocol, wifi details and breakfast timetables. Our only interaction with staff personally, was at breakfast, which was delicious. We had a great conversation with one of the staff who gave us some fantastic advice and information in preparation for our visit to Edinburgh later that day. Thank you to all at the Home Arms, we'll hopefully visit again if in the area. »

« Was a lovely experience staying on an overnight. All staff were just amazing. Had dinner and breakfast the next morning. The bar was well used by locals. Great atmosphere. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. »

« Quaint old world style Food was excellent and room was very clean Staff were very friendly The one downside was that there was no parking but that was the same for all hotels in that area I could have spent all day looking at the shipping artefacts in this inn Would definitely return for another stay »

« Lovely stay , very comfortable hotel. Excellent Customer service. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and very obliging. We ate in the restaurant both evenings and couldn’t fault our meals at all. Very good quality food. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. »

« Although the rooms were a little tired the helpfulness of the staff way made up for this. They went above and beyond to be so accommodating. I would definitely stay here again »

« Perfect location between Barter Book and the Playhouse with bus stop right outside. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice patio outside to enjoy summer evenings. Not fancy, but if your tastes are simple and you want an affordable base from which to explore the area, this is the place for you. »

« Bed and Beakfast bien placé, à proximité de Seahouses, très calme, chambre charmante, seul défaut: la salle de bain avec une baignoire, difficile d'y prendre une douche (pas d'accroche au mur pour le pommeau, ni rideau de douche). Petit déjeuner en supplément à commander la veille, large choix (œufs au bacon, porridge, toasts...), Vanessa, la propriétaire est très aimable. »
