« Our stay was great but we were lacking a few creature comforts such as nightsands in the bedrooms. I like to sleep with my phone near my bed so it had to be placed on the floor during the night. Luggage stands would also have been nice. I also found it weird that the kitchen has such a small garbgage can. Also we werent sure what to do with our garbage can when it got full. I would also suggest that a clock on the wall would have been nice. Overall the place was very clean and has that new build...

« The Property was easily able to accommodate 16 people. It was clean and the property owners were very friendly and helpful. Some of the guys also enjoyed the river and caught some fish. Overall it was a great experience and we will be coming back next year! »

« This property is very simple but has everything our family needed for a mountain bike race weekend. The place was clean and inviting. The kitchen is simple but perfect for quick meals that don’t require a stove/oven. The bunk bedroom was spacious and all the kids slept great. The access to both Garden City and Beaver Mountain resort was exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our needs. Would definitely book again in the future. »
