« The property worked perfectly for what my needs were on this portion of the trip. The staff, especially Sarah at the front desk, were wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. They also helped arrange my hot air balloon experience over the Masai Mara and got me an improved rate from what I saw online. »

« We paid for our stay in full months in advance. When we arrived, the lodge was closed. We were told the owner had passed away.
While this is a tragic situation, it is not an excuse for leaving paying guests without any notice. No one contacted us, cancelled our reservation, or arranged alternative accommodation.
Instead of relaxing after a long drive, we had to spend the evening urgently searching for somewhere else to sleep.
