Not suited for romantic escapes but perfect otherwise. The staff was friendly, the neighborhood safe, the room clean and spacious. The washing machines inside the hotel are definitely a plus! Great for the value.

Not worth it

Publié le 14 mars 2014
I had to choose a hotel like this since I needed a full size freezer, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. The was only 1 coffee cup in the entire room, full kitchen but no drinking glasses. Only 1 fork, 3 spoons, 2 knives. Can't do a lot with that set. There were no wash cloths or shower mat, iron but no ironing board. They advertise breakfast but it's about what you'd get out of a vending machine (individual packages muffins, granola bars). They did offer oatmeal but no bowl, you had to use the same type of cup you'd use for coffee. There were crumbs on the carpet from a previous guest, mysterious substance on bathroom door, just overall not very good cleaning job. Would NOT recommend this place!

Extended stay America dissappointing

Publié le 9 mars 2014
Les + : Nothing except maybe the parking, that was OK.
Les - : Provide the following: maid service, vending machines, washer, a proper breakfast would be good.
Situation : Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
the hotel was a big disappointment. No housekeeping services were provided and when we went downstairs no staff was there to provide towels, toilet paper etc. Several other guests had malfunctioning card keys and couldn't find the desk clerk for help. The "breakfast" was pathetic. I will never stay there again nor can I recommend it.

Great, quiet location- breakfast not very good

Publié le 8 mars 2014
We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel & our room. The breakfast is not the greatest so don't make the reservation based on the free breakfast. Nice, quiet location with a mall, Costco & various restaurants nearby.

The worst hotel experience ever.

Publié le 16 févr. 2014
I hate giving anything bad reviews but for some reason I feel like this hotel really deserves it. It shouldn't even be able to operate under the pretense of being a good hotel. I don't even know where to start. The experience with this hotel was so bad that I can't describe it all due to the word limitations. From the minute you enter you can smell how bad everything is. You are greeted by the worst most unwelcoming receptionists. They confidently told us there was a breakfast buffet included and when we went to have a look I felt like it was a joke. It was a couple nutirgrain bars, stale muffins and old coffee. The seating at the "breakfast" was enough for two people. The floor where our room was located smelt so bad that I actually considered leaving, and i did. The room wasn't bad looking but you can't even call the reception and ask them for clean towels or to clean the room! The receptionist told us "bring your dirty towels downstairs yourself and if there are any fresh ones available we'll replace them for you"... wow just wow. For around 30$ less a night you can stay at the howard Johnson where they actually clean the room everyday and they actually have a decent breakfast buffet and for around the same price you can stay at the Marriot residence inn right beside it where you actually get your money's worth. Which is exactly where I went. Horrible experience and never again.
